one might think what is it?they may confuse it with haemoglobin but it's not so,haemoglobin is blood plasma(i.e-white blood cells).it is prepared collecting different samples of blood &then removing the upper coating of red blood cells and then purifying this remaining coating is immunoglobin.well u surprised to know that it costs around 6000/100ml
