Regular exercise do bring tremendous change within you i.e. it leads to change in work-life balance, change in concentration, focusing on goals and finally having positive thoughts as always. So here is one of my daily habbit i.e regular skipping and a new record established by me i.e 1000 skippings within 6 minutes.

Whatever changes has happened in Indian Railway can be easily seen and everybody in media or politics never stops giving credit to our honorable railway minister Piyush Goyal. I am also his big supporter and fan of him for taking a hand on corrupt system to do something new.  As per current scenario in railways,whatever said to be done is just in dreams and will never be fulfilled. Let me be clear to this comment- Here are the few changes adopted and well done but the inner loop hole has to be understood.

1. In these two years railways fares have been hiked by 30% which is somewhat like hitting hard on the stomach of the poor and middle class family
2. The facilities provided to the passengers have been deteriorated.
3. Everybody knows that 95% people travel through Indian Railways and this has been advantage to the corrupt employees of railways as they charge extra from poor people.
4. Few people are such that they don't bother to care to talk ruthlessly to old age ladies and poor old people as they are just in hunt of money from them
5. The foods supplied in Indian Railways has become bad to worse
6. Piyush Goyal this is specially for you, please do think about importance of time in India, people afford costly train tickets to reach destination on time but none even Rajdhani never reaches destination on time.

7. It's real shame that Rajdhani and Shatabdi is being delayed

For the first time, an additive for a conducting polymer membrane has been successfully developed from Indian coal—a breakthrough deeply inspired by my father’s pioneering research in coal chemistry and structural modeling. Using Samla coal from the Raniganj coalfield (80% carbon, dmmf basis), the coal was chemically demineralised, oxidized, and solubilized in a polar organic solvent. The soluble fraction was dried, and the residual solid was blended with polyvinyl alcohol to create an additive for conducting polymer membranes, forming a high-quality, coloured thin film with conductivity in the range of 10⁻³–10⁻⁴ Scm⁻¹.

Building upon my father’s insightful observations and the Mazumdar model of coal structure, this study addresses a long-standing anomaly regarding the enhancement of carboxylic acid functional groups (from 1.2% to 18.3% upon oxidation) and proposes a correction to better explain these experimental results—further extending his legacy in coal structure analysis and functional group chemistry.

This weekend when I woke up, I was having my bed tea and the cool and refreshing air which was kissing my chicks automatically drew my attention towards my room’s window, it was a real eye candy to see the bunch of lush green trees dancing over there and giving me the feeling that they were performing on wake up song for me!! And then and there I thought “That’s what- NATURE GIVE TO HUMANS. “

Later on I went to a car service centre for some maintenance work to be done in my car. I was passing through a highway. There was very heavy traffic over there hundreds of vehicles running over there exhaling grey or black smoke; even it was hard to drive the car with its windows open. If one has to breathe comfortably he has to at least pack himself in to his car. While I was waiting on traffics red light I thought “That’s what-HUMANS GIVE TO HUMANS.” 
Due to heavy traffic jams on highway after servicing my car I returned from anther rout which was through main city. The path was smooth with big construction work either completed or in progress on almost each corner of city. I remember the city wasn’t this much crowded before few years. There was enough of greenery available at frequent distances. And watch the scene now!! It’s all heavily changed. The need & greed of man to exploit the available source has gone up to maximum. So, the greenery which was ‘frequently seen’ few years ago is now ‘Rarely seen’. And all this made me think again “That’s what-HUMANS GIVE TO NATURE.”

Dear friends now it’s time to really think on some of very impotent issues concerning our ‘NATURE’ and ‘ENVIRONMENT’. At least we should stop demolishing it or else the time isn’t far away that we will going to lose it very soon.

A new application has been developed which can help check the power being consumed by the application loaded on SMARTPHONES. Students and professors at university of Michigan have developed a application called ‘POWER TUTOR’ for the android Smartphone.

Lide zang, a developer of product and a doctoral student in department of electrical engineering and computer science, said:”Today, we expect our phone to realize more and more functions, and we also expect their battery to last. Power Tutor will help make that possible.”

Power Tutor can show in real time how four different phone components use power: the screen, the network interface, the processor, and the global positioning system receiver.
To create the application researchers disassembled their phones and installed electrical current meters. Then they determine the relation between the phone’s internal state (how bright is the screen is, for example) and the actual power consumption. That allowed them to produce a software model capable of estimating the power use of any program the phone is running with less than 5% error.
